CLAUDIO FLORES THOMAS

He is a founding partner of FloW Consulting and Communication and POMKA, as well as the CEO of Altazor Intelligence. He currently works as a Senior Advisor at SYNAPBOX, a firm specialized in pretesting with artificial intelligence. He led the first study on prompting in LATAM, analyzing over 36,000 prompts to understand how people interact with AI. He has postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the University of Texas.

For the past 27 years, he has supported and helped brands, media, and institutions communicate with their consumers and audiences across various industries: from television and cinema, dairy to beer, agrochemicals, insurance, food, cosmetics, hygiene, politics, and elections.

He has trained teams from the IACHR in Washington, Amnesty International, and the Electoral Tribunal of the Federal Judiciary in public speaking, storytelling, artificial intelligence, and digital communication.
